What are the processing and delivery times?

Our teams prepare each order within 1 to 3 working days .

Once shipped, delivery takes on average 7 to 14 business days depending on your country.
In most cases, delivery is made more quickly.

Some technical or personalized items (such as LED steering wheels or custom parts) may require a little more time — up to 20 working days — to ensure impeccable quality control.
What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free for all orders over €50 .

Otherwise, standard fees vary from €5.95 to €9.99 , depending on the destination country.

Rates are clearly displayed before payment, with no surprises or hidden fees .
Do the prices shown include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT .

For orders outside the European Union , customs fees or local taxes may apply upon receipt of the package.
Can my items arrive separately?

Yes, it is possible.

We work with several specialized logistics partners depending on the type of product (LEDs, accessories, technical parts, etc.).

To ensure the fastest possible delivery times, a single order may be shipped in several packages .

Each shipment has its own dedicated tracking number .
Is the installation difficult?

The majority of our products are Plug & Play and easy to install.

We provide email instructions for some technical products.

We recommend professional installation for electrical parts (e.g. LED steering wheels).
Is my vehicle compatible?

Each product sheet contains a detailed list of compatible BMW models .

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, all our products are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation or improper use.
Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging .
